Terms and Conditions

Rates @ R350 per hour

No refunds given on work already started on.

Hosting of websites/emails to be paid by the 3^rd of every month. An activation fee of R150,00 will apply if website gets locked..

Unpaid websites, domains or hosting will be deleted after 30 days.

Yearly renewal fee for hosting/emails of R99.00 applies to all hosting contracts, and to be paid along with monthly fee of R99,00 after each year.

Google ads campaigns will immediately be terminated when client chooses not to use this service anymore.

Unpaid Google ads campaigns will be deleted after 30 days of non payment with an additionally charged penalty fee.

Monthly maintenance fee of 30 % of total budget spent for Google ads applies to all clients using our Google ads service, unless differently stated.

Monthly maintenance fee of 30 % of agreed budget for Google ads will still be charged in the case client does not use full budget as agreed upon for that month.

Client must give 30 days’ notice when terminating their Google ads account. 30% of budget spent maintenance fee as normal will be charged in case of no notice given by client.

Snowball Digital Marketing will not be held responsible for any content nor actions in any way, shape, or form on any client’s website, it is up to the client to control the content and actions on their website as they have full control and accessibility

Penalty fees may be charged for any late payments.
